Lost things find their way home.

The item I lost wasn’t expensive or an heirloom… but it had great sentimental value to our family. It’s a small (about 15cm?) stuffed giraffe (his name is Jeff!) who's been our lucky travel mascot for well over a decade. He escaped from my handbag at about 4pm on 20 June 2025, behind the Albert Memorial in Kensington Gardens. I’ve contacted the park, but no luck… We live in South Africa, but we wouldn’t mind paying for a courier to get him back home. I’ve attached a picture – look at that face…

LOST CAMERA – SARAJEVO On June 17th, 2025, I lost a Sony digital camera somewhere near the Jewish Cemetery in Sarajevo or possibly on the tram. I don’t remember the exact model, but it was a compact, portable digital camera. The camera contains photos taken in Sarajevo and Mostar, and more importantly, personal pictures from Istanbul, Turkey, which are very valuable to me. About 10:30 on Sunday 15 June, I think I lost a black cycle pannier (bag) in Hyde Park as I cycled down from Cumberland Gate to Apsley House. Earlier I lost my wallet. It is engraved with the name Nabeel Sheikh. It is brown and has gold edges. It is really sentimental to me and I’m from Edinburgh. If anyone has seen this pls contact me at 07392 073157. It had my student id, license, contact lenses a photo of me and my friends. I either lost it or got pickpocketed from Euston to brick lane.
