Free Recovery Tags for Charities

Charitable organisations work in some of the toughest environments on earth. When equipment goes missing, real people lose out. We provide unlimited free recovery tags to charities so more of your resources reach the people who need them.

Why we offer this

Recovery tags work by attaching a unique link and QR code to any item. When someone finds a tagged item, they visit the link and leave a message through our secure contact system. The finder never sees your details — but a clear return path is created instantly.

We normally offer one free tag per email address. For verified charities, we lift that limit completely: take the digital assets we provide to your preferred supplier and print them as stickers, keyrings, badges, asset tags, or anything else that fits your equipment.

Where recovery tags help most

  • Medical kit and devices that need to find their way back to clinical teams during rapid response.
  • Field and comms equipment that gets shared between team members or moves between locations.
  • Volunteer belongings — staff working in temporary, changing, or high-pressure conditions.

How charities get started

  1. Tell us about your charity

Email us with your registration details. We verify your status, then issue your unique recovery links.

  2. Receive your digital assets

We send a batch of unique links and IDs — ready to take to your preferred print supplier as stickers, badges, or asset tags.

  3. Tag what matters in the field

Medical kit, comms gear, vehicles, volunteer equipment — anything that travels between people and locations.

  4. Get gear back where it's needed

When someone finds a tagged item, they message you through our secure system. You stay in control, your details stay private.
