UPDATE - Found him! Turns out he was at the cinema all the time despite multiple phone calls, emails and facebooks. In the end we did a 3hr round trip from Cornwall to search ourselves. He was in the office all the time. Whilst we are very grateful to have him back, Never trust a call centre! Not great ODEON My son lost his ‘Purple Bear’ in or outside the Odeon Cinema in Taunton on Saturday 21st December, he has not left his side for 10 years and is distraught so he would love to get him back.
