i bought the phone off of marketplace and i got scammed with an activation lock and the icloud is edward with an @icloud.com i am trying to find this person to be able to unlock it or do at least something with it

Its a black iphone xs max 256gb with someones email in it..the phone seems to be activation locked but the owners name is edward and is a black man. ive bought this phone off ebay and the location said milton keynes so if anyone knows this person please tell him about this situation Thank you
