What:

We moved out today (7 Sep) from 22B Templar Avenue, so we put our luggages and boxes in front of the door to wait the Van coming. While we were still taking other luggages from upstairs, two of our boxes were taken from there at 12:15pm. In one of which, there are art portfolios (e.g. drawing), and a portable hard drive where my very valuable pictures are saved within. Please contact if found and reward for finding offered

found a phone in Hampstead Heath close to the Gilbert Family Trust. I took it because it was quite hidden in the grass, the screen is slightly broken, it had 5% of battery and it was about to rain. Charged and functioning, I am waiting for someone to call the number so I can handle it back!
