Found Dog; Found this sweet old guy running around downtown El paso. He's still in-tact and looks to have some skin infection issues. He's super people friendly. My friends and I are currently at a hotel that doesn't accept pets and all the local shelters are closed. He seems to like to follow groups of people and ended up running down south Stanton st at the San Antonio intersection
